Confidentiality
The Members accounts, transactions and other historical information regarding your activities at www.clixocash.com remains confidential, and will not under any circumstances be revealed for a third party without the specific consent from the accountholder. The games are played from and through our servers, in order to avoid swindle and manipulation. All transactions (like charges and crediting on accounts) are stored in a database with increased security-level to avoid loss of data in case the Internet connection is terminated or in case of malfunction in the Client computer.
Winners of the games
A program makes the selection of winners in the games based on different criteria for being qualified, like the total points achieved. We reserve our right to disqualify players that are trying to cheat or swindle.
Rules regarding the Referral System
It is the intention that the bonuses shall be used at our website under the conditions they were credited. Therefore all Members will be notified about the conditions and rules that apply for all bonus credits.
A member is allowed to hold more than one account. If we discover that a member abuses the possibilities to have several active accounts, we reserve the right to terminate all accounts. Regarding money credited to those accounts, a decision will be taken on each specific case whether it should be paid out to the member or withheld. We reserve the rights to make amendments and changes in the structure of the bonus system at any occasion.

Persons under the age of 18 years are not allowed to have an account.
Participation in the activities and games and investments within our website are only open for people living within jurisdictions that legally are accepting these types of Internet games and investments. The Members are, by participating in the activities and the games and the investments at our website, confirming that he or she is living within such a jurisdiction. Breach of this rule will nullify all activity and the account will be terminated immediately. The player is aware of that the nature of the games is simply entertainment.
OTHER CONDITIONS
It is a requirement that the Player participates in at least one game each week, in order for him/her to be eligible for credits in the referral system that week for game provisions. The "Unit Exchange Program" is not counted as a game. The Player has to make the choice of participating in the games solely in his/hers own discretion, and we take no responsibility for such a decision.
The contents in the games (whether it is acquired electronically or otherwise) is automatically void if it has been manipulated, destroyed, unreadable, mechanically or electronically reproduced.
It will also be void if it contains misprints, production defects, mechanical and electronically defects or likewise.
ClixoCash Unit Exchange Program is the only place in were Units can be sold or bought or otherwise traded. Attempting to trade those Units in the so called "grey market" is strictly forbidden. The reason for this being that Clixo Group International S.A. deducts an administrative fee from any such sale in The Unit Exchange Program.
The quantity of units that can be sold will change from time to time and it counts per physical seller, NOT per account.
Violation of the conditions regarding The Unit Exchange Market can or will lead to partial or final termination from ClixoCash and/or The Unit Exchange Market.
The ClixoCash Unit Exchange Program is a part of the commission system and shall be considered a Bonus Program within the commission system.
The ClixoCash Unit Exchange Program does not reflect the value of the company Clixo Group International S.A..
Customers with external funds can buy units in the Bonus Program.
Clixo Group International S.A.. takes no responsibility towards customers regarding the price of the Units. The price and the ability to sell and buy are solely determined by supply and demand of units.
Group International S.A will not assume any responsibilities for mail, questions, answers or bonus claims that are lost, delayed, incomplete, damaged, wrongfully delivered or unsatisfactory stamped.
Taxes and other possible fees on bonuses or premiums that are paid out from ClixoCash, is the sole responsibility of the Member.
A yearly fee of 15 EUR is applicable 1 year after registration date as a Member. If the yearly fee is not paid on time (insufficient funds on CashAccount), the customer will not be granted access to the functions in his/her account, only the link FundAccount.
The yearly fee is deducted automatically from CashAccount.
Customers have 3 months time to fulfil payment otherwise an extra fee of 15 EUR is applicable (a total amount of 30 EUR is needed to unlock the account).
Each year a locked account remains unpaid, a yearly fee of 30 EUR instead of 15 EUR is applicable. All unpaid years need to be paid in order to unlock the account.
If funds on CashAccount are below zero (the balance is minus), the customer will not be granted access to the functions in his/her account, only the link FundAccount is accessible.
If a Member has not logged into his/her account in ClixoCash via Internet using his/her username and password within 360 consecutive days, Group International S.A has the right to terminate the account after notifying the member via the registered e-mail address. It is the responsibility of the Member to check that a correct and workable e-mail address has been registered.
If a Member is deceased and Group International S.A is informed about that, the remaining funds on his/hers account will be paid to the Members next of kin.
By accepting the pay out of premiums, the Member accepts that Group International S.A has the right to use his/her username in marketing campaigns without any further compensation, except in jurisdictions where such marketing is illegal.
By accepting the premium, the Member accepts to comply with these terms and conditions. ClixoCash grants no guarantees, direct or indirect, regarding the Members right to participate in the games, and none of the company’s employees, licenses, distributors, wholesale merchants, associated companies, subsidiaries, marketing- or media partners, agents or other representatives, has any right to grant such guarantees on behalf of ClixoCash.
Group International S.A has no obligation to keep records of a Members username and password. If the Member misplaces or forgets his/hers username and password, or in any other way is not able to enter into the website Clixocash.com because of something else than a fault on behalf of Group International S.A, the company assumes no responsibility.
Changes and/or amendments to these Terms and Conditions are only valid by the way that ClixoCash is publishing the same under the headline "Terms and Conditions" on its website.
ClixoCash will not assume any responsibility for errors caused by technical failures in the computer system.
Neither shall ClixoCash assume any responsibility for Members trying to participate in the games or in the investments or other activities in using methods not intended by the company.
ClixoCash reserves a right to terminate a Members account without specifying a cause for such action. In such a case ClixoCash will pay out all remaining cash funds in the account of that Member. Units are not considered as a cash value and will be deleted.
THE MEMBERS ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering into the website ClixoCash.com, and opening an account, by participating in the games and/or other activities or receive premiums, the Member takes the following responsibilities and are giving guarantees that he/she:
- Understands, accepts and comply these Terms and Conditions, including future changes and amendments.
- Has reached an age of 18 and also in other aspects legally is possible to take binding actions and decisions within the jurisdiction where he/she is resident.
- Should not allow any third party, persons under the age of 18 included, to use or reuse his/her account, get access and/or use any material or information from the website, receive premiums or participate in the games and/or in the investments.
- Has a full and unlimited right to participate in games and investments and/or other activities in those jurisdictions where such participation is legal.
- Accepts that the games and investments and/or other activities at ClixoCash.com are not in their opinion unlawful, discriminating and unethical or in any other way improper.
The Member also understands that all activities within ClixoCash.com solely are intended to be entertainment.
The Member shall refrain from making any claims against ClixoCash.com, ClixoInvest.com´s employees, board members, licensees, distributors, wholesale merchants, marketing- and media partners or other representatives, in relation to all costs and claims that could occur.
The Member understands that rejected payments for a ClixoCash-account or credit card transaction or any other transaction to such an account, can lead to legal actions against such a Member. Credit card fraud is a serious crime and will definitely lead to criminal litigations.
The Member understands that ClixoCash will not take any responsibility, neither direct nor indirect, for losses that could occur for the Member when he/she is using the website ClixoCash.com
Specifically:
- At force majeure
- When a game is terminated, irrespective of the grounds for such action failures and downtimes in Clixocash´s central computer system or parts of it.
- Delays, losses or unavailability’s caused by failures in any telecommunication- and/or computer system
- The occurrence of riots, revolutions, terrorist actions or other political instabilities actions from authorities (including disapproval or rejection of license approval)
- Fire, explosions, flooding, theft, sabotage, strike, lockout or any other type of conflicts in relation to the employment market.
In case of any conflicting opinions between Clixo Group Int. S.A. and the Member, Clixo Group Int. S.A. will submit to the Member a detailed list of all transactions that has occurred on the Members account. Such information may also be made available for an authorised third party such as a judge or a court of law, if the Member approves.
The Member knows that ClixoCash.com is a trademark and a trading name that is owned by the company Clixo Group International S.A. and the Member has no rights whatsoever to those or any other graphics, written material, concept or methods, by using the website and the material contained in the same.
The Members interest in the games and the website ClixoCash.com is strictly personal and not professional. When the Member enters into the website ClixoCash.com, it is solely for the Members own personal entertainment, and all other entrance, access to, use or reuse of ClixoCash.com or the website by the Member is strictly forbidden.
The Member has an obligation to frequently and at least once per month, read through these Terms and Conditions that are published on the website in order to be updated about possible changes and amendments.
The Member shall not participate in the games and/or investments and/or other activities, open, use or reuse an account, enter into the website or ClixoCash.com or accept to receive any premium if the Member does not fully understands, approves, take part of and shall comply without exemptions all Terms and Conditions listed above, including any possible changes and amendments that could be done in the future. This is a website and all activities are taken place On the ClixoCash.com servers. The information in this document can be changed and altered without any previous notification.
